Tokyo Indie Games Summit 2025 Event Schedule Announced!
Event schedule for Tokyo Indie Games, where independent game developers gather in Japan, has been announced.

Japan-based video game publisher Phoenixx announced that the Tokyo Indie Games Summit 2025 program, an independent video game event, will take place in Kichijoji on March 8-9, 2025. The event will take place virtually and face-to-face and is also sponsored by the Oyun Günlüğü.
This year’s events offer independent game developers, industry members, and gamers an unforgettable experience along with fun and training. You can virtually visit Kichijoji and follow the latest updates regarding independent games from Japan from the event’s YouTube livestream. The tickets for the event are currently on sale. The first day (March 8) is Business Day while the second day (March 9) will be open to the public.
On Saturday, March 8, you can follow live gameplay sessions of the most popular independent games in the gaming industry right from the “Indie Game Journal” section. Additionally, you can listen to the in-studio processes of game publishers, including Cygames and Bandai Namco.
On Sunday, March 9, members and participants of the VTUBER group NIJISANJI will compete in the special Blazing Sails “Kisshouji Pirate King Playoff” event. Then, participants will compete in the “Strongest King Match” in the fast-paced RTS Jelly Troops hosted by Bandai Namco’s GYAAR Studio.
“Indie Game Journal Part 2” will continue to showcase impressive games for viewers following digital broadcasts. On the March 9 (Sunday) public day, the Tokyo Indie Games Summit Awards will be held to celebrate unique and innovative independent games from creators all over the world. More details regarding the event will be announced later.
