We are celebrating the 100th anniversary of our Republic, the greatest gift of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and his comrades to the Turkish people. We have created a list of the most successful Turkish games ever developed for the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey. Our list includes PC and console games. We have added the ones that are on our radar from hundreds of games. We will continue to update our list until the end of the year!
Note: In our list, we included games developed by Turkish studios as well as studios run by people of Turkish origin.
Best Turkish Games of All Time
Mount & Blade: Warband
We are starting our list with a game that came out of the capital of Turkey and managed to gain fame around the world. Developed and published by Taleworlds Entertainment, Mount & Blade: Warband received a lot of praise for simple game mechanics that comes with deep gameplay and the freedom offered to players. Mount & Blade: Warband is still one of the first games that come to mind when it comes to medieval role-playing games.

Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord
Taleworlds Entertainment promises players the experience of going on an adventure in a fictional medieval world with their latest game. After a long wait, Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord improved many mechanics that were missing in the previous game.

Far Cry
Crytek was founded by Cevat, Avni and Faruk Yerli and their first game was Far Cry. The game was published by Ubisoft in 2004. When Far Cry was released, it managed to receive praise for its good graphics and open-world experience. The game exceeded Crytek’s expectations by selling 730,000 copies in the 4 months after its release. In 2006, Ubisoft purchased the copyrights for Far Cry and continued the series by developing it in their studios.

Crysis
Crytek continued its success with Far Cry and released Crysis in 2007. Crysis made a significant impact with its release. In addition to high review scores, it was regarded by critics as one of the best FPS games ever. Crysis received acclaim in the gaming community thanks to its superb graphics and innovations brought to gameplay. However, Cevat Yerli stated that he was not satisfied with the sales figures of Crysis despite its success. According to Yerli, if Crysis had been released on consoles, it could have broken record after record, but the fact that it was exclusive to the PC and the prevalence of pirated games hindered this.

Conarium
Conarium is an adventure horror game developed by independent Turkish game developer Zoetrope Interactive in 2017. Conarium’s short story At the Mountains of Madness is set in the Cthulhu universe. We play the character named Frank Gilman in the tense atmosphere of Conarium.

Remnants of Naezith
Remnants of Naezith is a challenging platform game that requires fast play. The game was developed and published by an independent video game developer named Tolga Ay in 2018. In Remnants of Naezith, players try to complete the levels as quickly as possible by managing Kayra, who is given special abilities by the dragon named Naezith.

Potentia

Space simulation SpaceBourne 2 was developed by just one person named Burak Dabak and he has managed to attract the attention of players around the world. Although the game is still in early access, it is quite popular among the players. The game is still early access and because of that, you may encounter some technical problems.
