2000s popular virtual world chat room game Habbo Hotel has returned. Developer Ksamra and player Macklebee announced that they have restored an old version of the game, which was released in 2005. Habbo Hotel: Origins has been available to players since June 18th.
“Looks like I can finally share my favorite moment of putting this game back together,” stated Macklebee from his social media account.
Habbo Hotel: Origins offers three different language options for three different hotels. Players can take the available nicknames, as those already taken will not be allowed. Apparently, more hotels will not be added for the time being.
The retro game is highlighted to be +18, hence it will feature less automatic control than Habbo, the original game. It is also not possible for players to purchase in-game items through NFTs and cryptocurrencies.
Habbo Hotel: Origins is available on Mac and Windows platforms, including browser support. You can access the game from here.
